I arrived instore to Tyrepower without a booking or prior phone call to enquire about getting my brakes looked at. The team were amazingly helpful and friendly and they looked after me that morning and I had my vehicle back by lunch. This is the first encounter with a mechanic or tyre place that I have left feeling like I was looked after kindly and respectfully. I will be sure to go here for all of my vehicle needs in future. I dont remeber the staff by name but I was looked after by three different employees who ALL gave exceptional customer service. Thankyou Tyrepower!

Arrived at Tyrerpower Gregory Hills late on a Friday afternoon, spoke with Manger AJ ask if he could help me at late notice as my daughter's front tyre had an air leak as she had some distance to travel home and I had genuine concerns for her! AJ without fuss went to work on it himself as his team were all busy, completed the repair, did a safety checked all tyres, top up air pressures, walked in with a smiled, shake my hand all done, my daughter was on her way, now that professional service, customer care and heart!!

Great service! Was very fast and great customer skills. I had to replace my battery and didn't pre book just arrived first thing on a Monday morning and within 20 mins was ready to leave with a new batt. Thank you very much! Would highly recommend.
